I have been taking in a lot of great new blogs recently. I am unconvinced about all the twitter tizzy. I still love blogs and have a significant number in my feed reader.

The cool thing about blogs is that you can find hidden gems, and they are from individuals that in reality like to put pen to paper.

Sure you can chance some trendy souls on twitter. But, seriously, twitter is for people with attention defecit disorder or who dont like to write true posts. Yes, dozens of people twitter and also blog, and those individuals are cool by me, but I am forever and forever a blog fan.

Blogs force the author to in reality articluate their belief. Twitter alternatively merely allows for you to express it. Call me old fashioned but I believe there is a point where smaller is no longer greater. We have been obsessed with miniturization for so long. Peculiarly when it comes to technology. Surely there has to be a level where we realize substance counts. Value matters. What do you think?

Perchance the true answer rests in equilibrium. And compromise. You cannot push individuals to have substance and not be superficial. But, too maybe you need to force the neo libral hippies to lighten up a fraction too?
