Intelius’ iSearch.com Selected as Finalist for the 2009 CODiE Awards
Intelius, the leading information commerce firm, has been named a finalist for the 24th annual CODiE Awards. The firm’s iSearch.com will compete with other finalists in the Best Online Directory & Business Leads Service category. iSearch.com is Intellius’ recently launched people search service that enables users to search for people using information taken from either their past or present data. With this service, people are able to track down long lost friends by using the name and long ago known address or perhaps the last known place of work. Launched in 2008, iSearch.com utilizes proprietary semantic technology that links numerous online and offline records derived from social networking profiles and professional and public databases to “instantly categorize and connect data” that create comprehensive profiles of individuals. Intelius has again revolutionized the information industry as it innovatively links past information in order to provide contact information. The winners of the CODiE Awards in over 60 categories are to receive their recognition at the Awards Gala, which will take place at the Palace Hotel in San Francisco, California on May 5, 2009. Finalists will also be able to exhibit their products during the finalists’ Showcase on May 4, 2009, where non-members who will be attending may have the chance to vote for their favorites.
